What you need to know before you visit us!
It is important to us that each dog has a active day during our stay! We want to make sure they are mentally and physically stimulated while you are away. Dogs will be matched with playing partners that get along and have fun in our outdoor runs. A tired dog is a happy dog :-)

What do I need to bring when boarding my dog?
You need to Bring enough dog Food for the stay, it will be labelled and excess food will be returned after the stay. We supply all the dishes. We also supply a Kuranda dog bed for each dog but you are welcome to add a soft Dog Bed or blanket if you think you dog isn't going to Chew it. No toys please- we supply safe toys in our outside play area.

What time do I drop off and pick up?
Unless you have booked our Pickup and drop off Service we request for dogs to be:
Drop off between 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm
Pick up between 8:00 am to 10:30 am
Please let us know if you are running behind so we can make staff arrangements. Late fees may apply.

Do you accept intact males and females?
Yes, we do! Females in heat will be kept separate in a single run and will not get to go on our daily walks.

How does your pickup Service work?
At the time of reservation you can request your dog to be picked up by us. We will come right to your home if you are within town boundaries. If you come from the Cariboo or Lower Mainland we can setup a meeting spot along our route for your convenience. You will be contacted once you place your reservation to set a Pickup time will work for both parties.
If you like to safe the trip up the Deadman's creek valley, we offer to come down to the HWY and pick up your dog at the Big Sky gas station to save you time.

Do you require our dogs to be vaccinated?
All dogs upon arrival must have documents to show they have vaccinations. The records can be uploaded in your online reservation and stored for future records! We cannot accept your dog without proof of vaccinations.

Can we see where our dog is staying?
Of course, you have full access to our kennel during our opening times.

What payment methods do you offer?
We offer Credit and debit card options, e-transfer and Cash.
A one night deposit is required for all reservations. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hrs of reservations date.

How can I make changes to my booking?
Easy!
Get our APP- just search for KennelBooker Fur Parent app. and add our business Code bluegrousekennel for full access to your bookings.
